Italian racer Luca Badoer holds the record for the most F1 starts and most racing laps completed without scoring a point. Badoer made most of his F1 starts with Italian backmarker teams Scuderia Italia, Minardi and Forti in the mid 1990s, but is probably best remembered for his less than stellar comeback with Ferrari in 2009.
